Thank you for your interest in English in Action and the work we do. We hope you'll decide to join the English In Action team. There are a number of ways you can get involved.

Become a Volunteer Tutor
Becoming a volunteer tutor is a great way to make a significant difference in another person's life! Just one hour of your time each week, could change someone else's life forever. And it might just change yours, as well. Beyond the satisfaction that comes from helping another, joining our team of volunteer tutors is a great way to learn about another culture and to make a new friend. Our tutors often tell us that while they joined the program to "give back", they have ended up receiving more than they could have ever imagined.

Our volunteer tutors come from all walks of life. They need no previous teaching or foreign language experience. We believe that each tutor has something unique to offer. And it is our job to match tutor assets with learner needs. We supplement tutor strengths with training, as well as a high level of ongoing support.
